Winning festival

Troon in tune

Ayrshire Post - - LIVE@TROON - Staff reporter

It’s always one of the highlights of the year – and this year’s Live@ Troon Festival was no different.

With top performances at the concert hall and at fringe venues throughout the town, there was plenty for music lovers to enjoy.

And the parade followed by the annual Troon’s Got Talent show made sure the weekend was fun for all the family.

The parade, led by the town’s champion BB Pipe Band and featuring drummers, dancers and dozens of different groups livened up Sunday morning.

And then talented children from primary schools around Troon and the surrounding villages took to the stage to show what they could do.

Post photographer Ken McKissock was there to catch all the action.
