Of the 374 people treated at the first aid stations on Ayr shore in August and September, one was a boy who was bitten on the shoulder by another boy. Another was a manwho received attention for“tired feet.”
These two cases were cited to the Cleansing Committee of Ayr on Monday by Robert M Hamilton, Cleansing Superintendent.
At the Pavilion first- aid room 305 people received attention, 35 for cuts from broken glass on the beach. At the Clyde House station 69 people were treated, four went to hospital.
