A new community website celebrated its first birthday alongside some cute tots.

South Ayrshire Life turned one year old and helped mark the milestone with other youngsters at Lochside Church.

The online service keeps residents up- to- date with what’s going on in the area, such as activities and events.

Enjoying some tasty birthday cake, it was ay double celebration as the busy parent and toddler group, Kirk Tots, was the 1000th activity to feature on the website.

South Ayrshire Life have a community information hub where a whole range of organisations hold regular help and advice drop- ins.

The town centre shop is on Newmarket Street in Ayr and opened on October 27 last year.
