AML­WCH FOODBANK DIS­TRI­BU­TION POINT: Open to those in real hard­ship, and for some who strug­gle to make ends meet. AML­WCH CANOE CLUB: Meets in Aml­wch pool 8.15pm-9.30pm. If you would like to try kayak­ing the club al­lows three Taster Ses­sions at £5 per per­son per ses­sion.
