Bath busi­nesses got the chance to net­work with a dif­fer­ence at a touch rugby tour­na­ment. An af­ter­noon of friendly com­pe­ti­tion, net­work­ing and food and drinks was or­gan­ised by Nine Feet Tall on Fri­day at Lam­bridge to raise funds for Bath Rugby Foun­da­tion. Fol­low­ing on from the suc­cess of last year’s event run in con­junc­tion with Bath Rugby Ladies, 10 busi­nesses swopped the of­fice for the pitch to help the cause. Bath Rugby Foun­da­tion CEO, Lynne Fern­quest, said: “Huge thanks to Nine Feet Tall for think­ing of us when they ar­ranged this com­pe­ti­tion, to Bath Rugby Ladies for their hard work and all the teams who came along. “See­ing peo­ple raise money and have fun in the process is some­thing that we love at Bath Rugby Foun­da­tion. “This money will be used to help vul­ner­a­ble chil­dren in Bath and the sur­round­ing area and we could not be more grate­ful for the sup­port of Nine Feet Tall and Bath Rugby Ladies.”
