Ad­vi­sory firm adds four new faces to team

A lead­ing ad­vi­sory firm has strength­ened its team to keep pace with the re­gion’s grow­ing econ­omy with four new faces. Bishop Flem­ing which de­liv­ers ac­count­ing, tax, cor­po­rate re­struc­tur­ing and ad­vi­sory ser­vices to busi­nesses, acad­e­mies and char­i­ties and pri­vate wealth ad­vice to in­di­vid­u­als, has ex­panded its grow­ing tax and au­dit teams with the ap­point­ments of Joe Grimes, John Mitchell, Michael Pal­lot and Chris­tian Craw­ford. Joe is a char­tered tax ad­viser and joins the Bath of­fice as a tax man­ager in the pri­vate client team. He is ex­pe­ri­enced in ad­vis­ing owner man­aged busi­nesses and high net worth in­di­vid­u­als on their tax po­si­tions. John is also a char­tered tax ad­viser and also joins the Bath team as a tax man­ager. He is ex­pe­ri­enced in ad­vis­ing in­di­vid­u­als and busi­ness own­ers on all as­pects of their in­come and cap­i­tal taxes and suc­ces­sion plans. Join­ing the Bristol team is char­tered ac­coun­tant Michael, who joins as a senior man­ager in the au­dit team. He has wide rang­ing ex­pe­ri­ence from ad­vis­ing owner man­aged firms to au­dit­ing FTSE100 com­pa­nies. Chris­tian is also a char­tered ac­coun­tant and also joins the Bristol au­dit team as a man­ager. He has a num­ber of years’ ex­pe­ri­ence in prac­tice and in­dus­try and looks af­ter a mixed port­fo­lio of clients, with an in­ter­est in large com­pa­nies and groups. Bishop Flem­ing’s part­ner in charge of the Bristol of­fice, Jonathan Wil­liams, wel­comed the four, say­ing the firm was now one of the largest in the re­gion, hav­ing grown sub­stan­tially in the last few years. He said: “With the economies of both Bath and Bristol con­tin­u­ing to grow, we are re­cruit­ing to re­flect the in­creas­ing de­mand for our tax and au­dit ser­vices, as well as con­tin­u­ing to develop our ex­ist­ing teams with pro­fes­sional train­ing pro­grammes.”
