Bris­tol In­ter­na­tional Clas­si­cal Sea­son

Bris­tol’s Col­ston Hall presents a sea­son burst­ing with verve, pas­sion and qual­ity, as great as any in the fa­mous venue’s il­lus­tri­ous 150-year his­tory


COL­STON HALL’S sea­son be­gins with an all-ger­man pro­gramme from the Bournemouth Sym­phony Orches­tra who, over com­ing months, are joined by soloists in­clud­ing cel­list David Fray and pi­anist Sun­wook Kim. We also wel­come the St Peters­burg Sym­phony Orches­tra in a feast of Rus­sian Ro­man­ti­cism, the Academy of St Martin in the Fields and the Czech Phil­har­monic, while the Lon­don Sym­phony Orches­tra mixes a cocktail of Brahms and Ravel, the Dres­den Phil­har­monic brings Tchaikovsky and Shostakovich and the Würth Phil­har­monic closes the sea­son with vi­o­lin­ist Maxim Vengerov.
