Tiny coral polyps that usu­ally feed on mi­cro­scopic plank­tonic prey can work to­gether to sub­due much larger crea­tures. Re­ports sug­gest corals from Si­cily work co­op­er­a­tively to trap, dis­man­tle and con­sume large jel­ly­fish.
