A CO Ty­rone bar has gone on the mar­ket for £170,000.

Mellon’s Bar in Fin­tona, out­side Omagh, in­cludes a pub as well as six bed­rooms and beer gar­den.

It’s been run by its cur­rent own­ers for around 18 years.

Ac­cord­ing to an ad­ver­tise­ment from prop­erty firm Mca­tee Bros “the busi­ness is well es­tab­lished with an ex­cel­lent rep­u­ta­tion and is based in an en­vi­able lo­ca­tion, at­tract­ing a large amount of new and re­peat busi­ness from the lo­cal area”.

“The prop­erty has been well main­tained by the cur­rent own­ers over the last 18 years and has an es­tab­lished trade and would suit a fam­ily run busi­ness to work and live on the premises,” it says.

“With an ex­cel­lent rep­u­ta­tion and large cus­tomer base there are nu­mer­ous op­por­tu­ni­ties for ex­pan­sion await­ing the suc­cess­ful buyer.”

It’s be­ing put up for sale due to the present owner’s re­tire­ment.
