Prime units in Belfast on the market
A PRIME unit on Belfast’s Ormeau Road valued at over £1m is among key commercial property opportunities this week.
The site at 379 Ormeau Road/1 Haypark Avenue has both residential and retail space on its first floor.
And its ground floor unit is already occupied by coffee chain, Caffe Nero, for a rental rate of £42,500 per year.
TDK Property, which is handling the sale, said it is looking for offers of over of £1.1m.
Meanwhile Caterpillar is selling its former three-storey office building in Belfast’s Springvale Business Park for £475,000.
The sale, handled by Mcconnell Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants covers approximately 8,589 sq ft, and may also be available for lease.
In Ballymena, two first floor offices on Bridge and Castle Street are available with their rental rates reduced.
