Prime units in Belfast on the mar­ket

A PRIME unit on Belfast’s Ormeau Road val­ued at over £1m is among key com­mer­cial prop­erty op­por­tu­ni­ties this week.

The site at 379 Ormeau Road/1 Hay­park Av­enue has both res­i­den­tial and re­tail space on its first floor.

And its ground floor unit is al­ready oc­cu­pied by cof­fee chain, Caffe Nero, for a rental rate of £42,500 per year.

TDK Prop­erty, which is han­dling the sale, said it is look­ing for of­fers of over of £1.1m.

Mean­while Cater­pil­lar is sell­ing its for­mer three-storey of­fice build­ing in Belfast’s Spring­vale Busi­ness Park for £475,000.

The sale, han­dled by Mc­connell Char­tered Sur­vey­ors and Prop­erty Con­sul­tants cov­ers ap­prox­i­mately 8,589 sq ft, and may also be avail­able for lease.

In Bal­ly­mena, two first floor of­fices on Bridge and Cas­tle Street are avail­able with their rental rates re­duced.
