Se­nior staff are sought for Cause­way Hospi­tal

THE North­ern Health and So­cial Care Trust (HSC) is among this week’s em­ploy­ers seek­ing pro­fes­sion­als for se­nior pub­lic sec­tor posts.

The HSC’S Cause­way Hospi­tal medicine and emer­gency de­part­ment has 10 con­sul­tant and spe­cial­ity doc­tor posts avail­able with salaries of up to £102,466, while the North­ern Ire­land Med­i­cal and Den­tal Train­ing Agency is seek­ing GP lead ap­prais­ers.

The Vic­tims and Sur­vivors Ser­vice is on the hunt for a head of health and well­be­ing ser­vices, of­fer­ing a salary be­tween £46,141 and £51,816. It is also seek­ing an in­for­ma­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tions of­fi­cer. Both posts are Belfast-based.

And in the ed­u­ca­tion sec­tor Ul­ster Univer­sity has var­i­ous po­si­tions avail­able, while South­ern Re­gional Col­lege is seek­ing an Ar­magh-based di- rec­tor of fi­nance and plan­ning with a salary be­tween £77,572 and £81,759.

The UU’S fac­ulty of com­put­ing, en­gi­neer­ing and the built en­vi­ron­ment has two pro­fes­sor of data an­a­lyt­ics posts, three reader/se­nior lec­turer in data an­a­lyt­ics roles and three lec­turer in data an­a­lyt­ics jobs avail­able.

Th­ese roles will be based at UU’S new cog­ni­tive an­a­lyt­ics re­search lab­o­ra­tory at its Magee cam­pus in Lon­don­derry.

And in its other cam­puses the univer­sity is look­ing for lec­tur­ers in health­care sci­ence and psy­chol­ogy with salaries be­tween £34,450 and £49,177.

In the North­ern Ire­land Civil Ser­vice, the De­part­ment for Com­mu­ni­ties and the De­part­ment for In­fra­struc­ture are seek­ing a higher oc­cu­pa­tional psy­chol­o­gist and elec­tri­cal en­gi­neer­ing sup­port — tech­ni­cal grade one, re­spec­tively, while Uni­son is seek­ing 11 lo­cal fight­ing fund or­gan­is­ers.
