Good vibrations for law firm as it sponsors stage musical
CORPORATE law firm A&L Goodbody is the new sponsor of the stage musical adaptation of film Good Vibrations.
The show, which tells the story of radical, rebel and music lover Terri Hooley during Belfast in the 1970s, is running from now until October 6 in Belfast’s Lyric Theatre. The production has been adapted for the stage by the same writers behind the film biopic, Colin Carberry and Glenn Patterson. They were nominated for Outstanding Debut at the 2014 BAFTA film awards for their work.
Michael Neill, head of office at A&L Goodbody Belfast, said: “For several years now the arts and culture sector in Northern Ireland has come under severe pressure due to continued funding cuts, so we’re delighted to support the work of arts-based organisations and venues such as the Lyric.”
