QUALITY NEW HOMES FOR ANTRIM
Turnkey spec at an affordable price… Stephanie Bell reports
Hagan Homes has just announced that it is to build a new £30million development of 250 quality turnkey houses in Antrim.
Construction has already started at the 16.6-acre Ballyveigh site on the Ballygore Road and the project will take up to five years to complete.
The first homes will be ready by September, with prices starting from around £79,950.
Ballyveigh offers beautifully designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as townhouses and both semi-detached and detached homes in an area that is popular with families who want to enjoy a community atmosphere close to modern conveniences.
Every new home in Ballyveigh will benefit from Hagan Homes’ high-quality and stylish turnkey package, which includes a chic, fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom suite.
The company is renowned for its attention to detail and the emphasis it places on the finer details both internally and externally, and all of these aspects are very evident in the Ballyveigh development.
Each home will have a high-energy efficiency gas condensing boiler and an extensive electrical specification, which includes the wiring for BT, Sky Plus and digital TV.
Extra special touches include floor-level mood lighting and oak internal doors.
The development sits in a mature residential area nestled off the Ballygore Road.
A green oasis in an urban area, the area has a rich history and features picturesque walks and hilltop views while being located close to Antrim’s town centre.
Ballyveigh enjoys a comfortable residential setting amongst well-established avenues and cul-de-sacs in the area.
Jamesy Hagan, managing director of Hagan Homes, says: “We are delighted to announce our plans for the new Ballyveigh site in Antrim.
“This will be the largest housing development started in Antrim in more than 10 years and it is a clear indication of Hagan Homes’ confidence in the local market. It is also a further sign of rejuvenation in the construction sector.
“Demand for superior homes offering value in Northern Ireland is high and the Ballyveigh development offers home-buyers the opportunity to live in a mature residential area nestled off the Ballygore Road in Antrim.
“The homes are designed to appeal to all demographics, whether first-time buyers, families, young professionals and down-sizers, and will include one, two and three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes.”
