Comfort, beauty and impeccable design on the shores of Belfast Lough have been created by Hilmark Homes in its landmark Hartley Hall development, which has just launched a new phase.

With construction well underway, The Shorelands promises to deliver thoughtfully designed, spacious three and four bedroom semi-detached move-in-ready homes from £182,500 to £209,950 and detached homes move-in-ready from £240,000.

There are also spacious two bedroom apartments of around 1,000 sq ft with stunning sea views also full turnkey from £172,500.

Hartley Hall is nestled at the foot of Carn Hill, casting its eye towards the historic shipping channels of Belfast Lough.

Hilmark Homes, along with leading residential architect Des Ewing, have created a range of house styles with key buildings located at focal points to add diversity and interest, a number of which will look out on open green space.

Highly acclaimed architect Ewing is one of Northern Ireland’s most talented architects with a plethora of awards and experience.

Des outlines the design philosophy that helped shape Hartley Hall: “Historically, this area has been characterised by elegant Victorian villas, with render finishes and slate roofs. Hartley Hall captures the essence of this style with buildings that appear outwardly simple and handsome, yet are also individual and characterful.

“Our over-riding aim was to create streets and spaces that are pleasant to live in. We have achieved this by giving houses an outlook onto open green space and by retaining original landscape features, such as hedgerows and trees, where possible.

“We have also introduced a range of house styles, with key buildings located at focal points to create diversity and interest. The result is, we believe, a housing scheme that

is in keeping with its setting and exudes a timeless appeal.”

Hilmark is also working with Jude Burrows Interior Design on a new show home that encapsulates the development’s location.

At Hartley Hall the company has combined inspirational living and desirable location to create a unique opportunity for those seeking a balance between work, family and relaxation.

Each home is designed to blend organically into the existing surroundings and sit proudly along- side existing architecture.

The beauty of the location offers lifestyle opportunities whatever your preferences, whether you’re a fan of outdoor pursuits, or your tastes lean toward the more urbane, you’ll find what you’re looking for only minutes from your doorstep.

You can enjoy a gentle stroll or brisk jog along the shoreline, explore the many pristine parks or simply while away the time and watch the world go by.

With the M1, M2, M3, Carrickfergus and Belfast City all just minutes away, Hartley Hall is the ideal base for the daily commute or the school run.

For those craving a faster pace there’s plenty of restaurants and bars to be found, convenient modern shopping and a wealth of places for children, young and old, to play.
