THE luxury family mansion where Sir David Attenborough grew up has been converted into luxury flats and one has just gone on the market for £ 875,000.
Grade II- listed Haydon Hill House in Hertfordshire was in the Attenborough family from the 1870s but was sold and converted into grand apartments.
It was originally built in the style of a Tuscan villa between 1841 and 1843, commissioned by author and artist Thomas Fonnereau, who had spent time in Italy.
