Order Now to Beat the Price Rise!

Belfast Telegraph - NI Carfinder - - News -

Manufacturers rarely publicise impending price increases, but that’s exactly what Isuzu are doing, giving NI customers two full months’ notice of an increase on October 1st this year.

“We’ve successfully avoided price realignments for a very long time now, several years, and we’ve watched as our competitors have put their model ranges up this year – in some cases by several thousands of pounds” said Alastair Kerr, Isuzu NI Regional Manager “Isuzu prices will increase, but we’re working hard to keep the rise below the thousand pound threshold. The UK is Isuzu’s biggest export market outside Japan, and every effort is being made to minimise the impact”.

“It’s particularly important for us here in Northern Ireland – D-max is the number one best-selling pick-up in NI and we want to ensure our customers have good forewarning of the price hike. Orders taken from current stock and delivered before October 1st will not be affected, we can absolutely guarantee that. We have sufficient stock physical, and in transit to Northern Ireland, to cover most model permutations - and protect all orders delivered by October 1st this year.

“Northern Ireland sales this year have exceeded every expectation. 2015 was our third record year for D-max in NI (and the UK), and this year by the end of June we had already exceeded 2015’s full year sales. It’s been a fantastic performance thus far, anyone still mulling over a change of pick-up has the option to buy now, at today’s price. D-max is fantastic value, the only pick-up in the market that tows 3.5 tonnes backed up by a 125,000 mile/5 year warranty and three years Roadside Assistance. It’s undisputed class-leader and we’d like to thank all D-max drivers, old and new, for their custom and support.”

Isuzu D-max comes in three body styles – single cab, extended cab and double cab. All are powered by a 2.5 twin turbo diesel through either a six speed manual or five speed automatic. The D-max 4x4 range starts from just £17,495 CVOTR and UFU Members can benefit from the UFU Affinity programme at any of six Isuzu NI dealers – John Barr Cars Crumlin, Eakin Bros Claudy, Gormley Motors Dungannon, Wilsons of Rathkenny, Ballymena, Eastwood Motors Lisburn and Western Cars Enniskillen.

Retail purchasers of new D-max have the option to take out the Isuzu Service Plan which covers the first three services at their local Isuzu dealer for just £499+VAT – dependent on customer mileage that could cover a new pick-up for six years. “Service Plan was introduced this year by customers’ requests – we listen very carefully to what our buyers want - and the option to spread servicing costs monthly, and lock in today’s oil and labour rates potentially right through to 2022 has proved very popular. And of course the full main dealer service history protects the D-max’s already strong residual value, it really has become a “no-brainer” to take the Service Plan option at time of purchase”
