IT-GIRL TARA’S POSH PAD SELLS
The famous faces on the property ladder
THE posh London flat where socialite Tara Palmer-tomkinson was living when she died at the age of 45 has sold for £ 2.3million, £ 200,000 less than the initial asking price.
Palmer-tomkinson, who was a family friend of Prince Charles, was notorious for her hardpartying lifestyle in the Nineties.
In later years the “It girl” led a quieter life and in 2005 bought the flat on the top two floors of a mansion block in Earls Court for £ 1.7 million.
The three- bedroom penthouse has been refurbished by the executors of her estate.
It has three bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom and a large, open plan living room with skylight and glass doors. PN Find your dream home at propertynews.com
