Deadline for property awards is fast approaching
ENTRIES have already started to flood in for this year’s Belfast Telegraph Property Awards in partnership with Electric Ireland.
Three new awards have been added this year to reflect the ever changing sector.
These include: Best Property Marketing of the Year sponsored by The Barrett Group; Innovative Use of Smarthome Technology sponsored by Openreach and Best Property Management Company.
In total there are 14 categories covering every aspect of the property sector offering a chance for agencies, developers, architects, designers and contractors to showcase their outstanding work at a glittering ceremony to be held on November 16 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast.
A two course lunch followed by entertainment will be hosted by TV personality Pamela Ballantine.
Our judging panel drawn from leading professional bodies within the industry will again be chaired by Professor Alastair Adair Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Ulster University.
In the commercial categories we have The Commercial Estate Agency of the Year, sponsored by A& L Goodbody; Commercial Development of the Year sponsored by Carson Mcdowell; Architectural Practice of the Year (Commercial) sponsored by Savills and Commercial Fit- Out of the Year.
In the residential sector categories include: residential Estate Agency of the Year sponsored by Progressive Building Society; Residential Lettings Agency of the Year, sponsored by TLT; Residential Development of the Year sponsored by First Trust Bank and Architectural Practice of the Year (Residential) sponsored by Savills.
Our final awards include: Property Deal of the Year sponsored by Wilson Nesbitt; Best Interior Design of the Year sponsored by Harry Corry, Best Property Marketing of the Year sponsored by Barrett; Innovative Use of Smarthome Technology, sponsored by Openreach; Young Agent of the Year sponsored by Mills Selig; Young Architect of the Year sponsored by RTU and Best Property Management Company.
