A BELFAST city centre office building in the popular Cathedral Quarter area has gone on sale for £1m.

The four-storey development at 19-21 Donegall Street is a mid-terraced building comprising offices and meeting rooms, and it also includes a separate self-contained ground floor retail unit.

David Wright, director of commercial property firm CBRE, which is marketing the building, said it is “a welcome addition to the much-needed supply of office stock in Belfast, and offers a refurbishment opportunity in the city centre”.

“This announcement is fantastic news for the city centre and in particular the Cathedral Quarter which has already been experiencing significant regeneration and development,” he added.

“Going forward, refurbishment programmes will prove extremely important in delivering supply into the market quickly.”
