So­cial enterprise the NOW Group is call­ing on busi­nesses to em­brace its new JAM Card, which al­lows peo­ple with learn­ing dif­fi­cul­ties and com­mu­ni­ca­tion bar­ri­ers to ask for an ex­tra minute of pa­tience when be­ing served.
