Property debt firm’s deal will create 25 jobs

- BY STAFF REPORTER

A BELFAST property debt specialist has said it will create 25 jobs in the next 18 months after winning a UKwide contract.

CD Fairfield has signed a deal with independent estate agents network Move With Us, owned by private equity investors Palamon Capital.

It will bring 21 new jobs in Belfast and four in Cambridge.

Phil Davidson, managing director of CD Fairfield, said it would be giving advice to clients around the UK, including buy to let landlords, many of whom are still feeling the effects of the property crash.

“With our experience and growth in this specialist area of debt management, coupled with the economic and fiscal outlook over the coming years looking less favourable for landlords in particular, we expect to see the number of clients CDF are helping grow exponentially,” he explained.
