VEGETABLES MADE FUN
Berkshire based baker Kate Saunders makes cakes with a difference, using vegetables home-grown in her smallholding as the key ingredient. Her innovative recipes have earned her numerous awards, and she makes regular guest appearances on BBC Radio Berkshire alongside Bill Buckley.
Now Kate has written her own cookbook, named after her base in the heart of the countryside, Blackberry Cottage. The book features over 100 exciting dessert recipes with everything from cauliflower and blackberry cheesecake through to pumpkin and parsnip Battenberg. Vegetables have never looked so good…
