It’s the chocolate guiltily bought in duty free on the way back from holiday to share with colleagues in the office, but a chef has found a way to transform it from boring bar to sweet sensation. Australian-based Marie Phitidis has invented the Toblerone mousse – a decadent dessert which will change the way you see the Swiss treat. It only takes three ingredients and, best of all, you can make it in the microwave! Simply blend 400g Toblerone, 500ml double cream and 210g marshmallows, microwave for three minutes then chill.
