Australian-based Marie Phitidis has invented the Toblerone mousse – a decadent dessert which will change the way you see the Swiss treat. It only takes three ingredient­s and, best of all, you can make it in the microwave! Simply blend 400g Toblerone, 500ml double cream and 210g marshmallo­ws, microwave for three minutes then chill.
