5-minute lunch Tuna salad: 1 small can tuna in sunflower oil, drained. Toss with 1 bag salad leaves, cucumber, red onion and tomato slices and 1 avocado, sliced. 1tsp oil-free dressing. Store cupboard supper 1 chicken or small steak, pan-fried for 7-15 mins. 7 thick-cut oven chips, green salad.
