Slice whole­meal toast and sliced mush­rooms. 1 pear. Store cup­board sup­per 2 lean lamb chops, 3tbsp sweet potato mash, 1 pack mi­crowave mixed veg­eta­bles. Small tin fruit cock­tail canned in juice.
