PREPARING THE FILO TOPPING

Brush 3 filo pastry sheets with a little of the melted butter. Layer them on top of the spinach mixture.

Arrange the remaining 8 pastry sheets over the dish, lightly brushing with butter. Scrunch them up to fully cover the lower layer of pastry.
