Pop th­ese mini dishes in the oven. There’s a nice Cham­pagne zing, but we got more flavour from the prawns than the scal­lops.

Crab & Prawn Lay­ered Ter­rine, £3.49 for two

Sim­i­lar to crab paste but with a cit­rus tang; the prawn top­ping adds tex­ture. It looks small on first im­pres­sion, but it’s sat­is­fy­ing with­out be­ing sickly.
