DAY 3
Breakfast 1 grilled Quorn sausage, 1 poached egg, 3tbsp baked beans, grilled mushrooms. Lunch Can of vegetable soup with 1 roll. 1 apple. Dinner Curry: Fry ½ chopped onion, ⅓ parsnip and ½ carrot with low-fat spray oil. Simmer in ⅓ jar of 5 per cent fat curry sauce with turkey bits until cooked through. Serve with ½ cup cooked rice. Treat Clementine and Prosecco jelly
