Break­fast 1 grilled Quorn sausage, 1 poached egg, 3tbsp baked beans, grilled mush­rooms. Lunch Can of veg­etable soup with 1 roll. 1 ap­ple. Din­ner Curry: Fry ½ chopped onion, ⅓ parsnip and ½ car­rot with low-fat spray oil. Sim­mer in ⅓ jar of 5 per cent fat curry sauce with tur­key bits un­til cooked through. Serve with ½ cup cooked rice. Treat Cle­men­tine and Prosecco jelly
