Quorn fajitas with cheese & soured cream

Mist a frying pan with calorie-controlled cooking spray, place over a medium heat and add 2 x 350g packs Quorn pieces. Cook for 5 mins, then stir in 2 peppers, deseeded and sliced, 1 sliced red onion, 2tsp smoked paprika, 2tsp ground cumin and ½tsp chilli powder, season to taste and cook for a further 8-10 mins, until the vegetables are just softened and lightly golden. Heat 4 Weight Watchers White Wraps in a microwave for 40 secs on high. Top each wrap with a quarter of the fajita mixture, 1tbsp reduced-fat soured cream and 15g Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Grated Mature Cheese, then roll up and serve with lime wedges.
