Live longer lunch Large green salad topped with 30g fried hal­loumi slices, chopped olives, driz­zled with olive oil and lemon. Sun­set sup­per Thread but­ton mush­rooms, cherry toma­toes, un­cooked jumbo prawns and chunks chorizo on two skew­ers. Driz­zle with olive oil and grill for 5 mins un­til prawns turn pink. Serve with 3tbsp cooked cous­cous.
