We all love a birth­day cake to cel­e­brate our big day and, last week, St Pan­cras In­ter­na­tional train sta­tion re­ceived a very spe­cial culi­nary cre­ation to mark its 150year an­niver­sary – made by the fa­mous Parisian cook­ing school Le Cor­don Bleu. The sweet struc­ture had four tiers, weighed an im­pres­sive 9st and took 200 hours to cre­ate. Now that is a def­i­nite show-stop­per!
