Bandit, demand it…

I own a 2003 Suzuki 1200 Bandit that I’ve had from new. It’s still in good nick and does everything I want. It carries me and my wife without a grumble, and keeps going on minimal maintenance. Circumstances mean I don’t ride as much as I’d like to, but it gets a run out as often as possible. I’ve looked at new bikes, but I’ve found nothing that’ll do what I want as well as the old 1200 (have you seen the tiny pillion seats on most new bikes?). And nothing affordable – we’re not all on huge salaries. This means the old horse will carry on. Maybe not what you want to read when you’ve a vested interest in selling new machinery.
