Book in for your trip out to sea at Tobermoray. I went with Sealife Surveys who are the only ones to cover the both species of eagle.
Check the cliffs and trees for the pair of White-tailed Eagles.
Crossing the Sound of Mull to Ardnamurchan there is a pair of Golden Eagles using this area. Mid-water heading towards the islands can be a calm period but always worth looking out for shearwaters.
The swellings around the Cairns are great for uplifts causing shoals of fish with Minke Whales possible along with basking Sharks especially between the islands. It’s worth getting a bait ball.
