Savi’s War­bler is a very rare and lo­calised breed­ing bird in the UK, with up to three pairs in the south-east of Eng­land. On pas­sage, it is nearly al­ways found by a male’s buzzing song. When one ap­peared singing at Mins­mere RSPB, Suf­folk, it was nat­u­rally very pop­u­lar.
