Just off the A438 at Stretton Sugwas or from the roundabout at the A4103 and A480 Stretton Sugwas follow the sign to Barnfields, carry on past the houses where the road becomes a rough track, there are access points to the pits on the left of the track which can be muddy and pot-holed WHERE TO PARK: Easier parking near the gated entrance (room for a couple of cars only), near St Mary Magdalene Church and the village hall on the A4103 off the A438 TERRAIN: Rough undulating tracks around the main gravel pits. Not suitable for wheelchair access ACCESSIBIL­ITY: The land is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall and is a permissive right of way. Dogs allowed on leads, but beware Blue Green Algae may be present during summer FACILITIES: None on site.
