HOLYHEAD AREA: The Alaw Es­tu­ary held a Lesser Yel­lowlegs (6th), three Great White Egrets (14th), 52 Bar-tailed God­wits, two Ruff, 17 San­der­ling, 10 Green­shanks, three Green Sand­pipers, four Curlew Sand­pipers, seven Grey Plovers, three Whim­brels, 17 Knot, 11 Turn­stones, nine Goosanders, seven Mediter­ranean Gulls and two King­fish­ers. South Stack had a Jay (2nd), two La­p­land Bunt­ings (14th), a Dot­terel (15th), Yel­low Wag­tail, Whin­chat and Wheatears. A Firecrest Spot­ted Fly­catcher, Whin­chat, Black­cap, Whitethroat, Chif­fchaff and Gold­crest were in Holyhead Break­wa­ter CP. A Corn Crake was at Val­ley Wet­lands (22nd).

OTHER SITES: Cem­lyn logged a Wry­neck (10th-17th), two Long-tailed Skuas, 17 Arc­tic Skuas, nine Great Skuas, a Balearic Shear­wa­ter, Black Tern, Green­shank, Golden Plover, Bar-tailed God­wit, Turn­stone, Knot, Grey Plover, Whim­brel and Green Sand­piper. Mall­traeth Marsh held two Pur­ple Herons, a Great White Egret, Black-tailed God­wit, Green­shank and Green Sand­piper. Point Ly­nas had two Long-tailed Skuas, a Po­ma­rine Skua, 19 Arc­tic Skuas, five Great Skuas, three Red-throated Divers, 108 Manx Shear­wa­ters and 66 Com­mon Scot­ers. A Yel­low-browed War­bler was at Wylfa Head (22nd). Three Curlew Sand­pipers were at Traeth Du­las. Three Scaup were on Llyn Lly­wean and a Great White Egret flew over Carmel Head on (24th).
