HIGHLIGHTS: A first-winter Citrine Wagtail was by the River Esk at Longtown (3rd-5th). A juvenile Woodchat Shrike was at Brigsteer (4th-6th). A juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper was just west of Brigsteer (10th-13th), and two juveniles were around College Green Farm, Heversham (13th-16th), with up to three Wood Sandpipers. A juvenile Buff-breasted Sandpiper was at Anthorn (16th). An adult Sabine’s Gull flews south at Workington (25th), and a juvenile American Golden Plover was at Heversham (30th).
