EAST SUS­SEX: A Red-flanked Blue­tail was at Beachy Head (8th). A Booted War­bler was at Seaford Head (12th). A Grey Phalarope and Spoon­bill were at Rye Har­bour (1st). A Red-backed Shrike re­mained around Tide Mills (1st-2nd). A Mon­tagu’s Har­rier flew over East Gulde­ford Level (1st). A Great Grey Shrike was in Ashdown For­est (from 18th), with one at Lewes. Great White Egrets were at Bewl Wa­ter, Cuck­mere Haven, Weir Wood Reser­voir, and Rye Har­bour.

WEST SUS­SEX: An Or­tolan Bunt­ing was at Arun­del (6th). Two Great White Egrets were at East Preston (9th), with one over Pagham Har­bour (24th). A Great Grey Shrike was at Black Down NT (9th), along with 30 Ring Ouzels. A Pal­las’s War­bler was at Pagham Har­bour (27th).
