Highlights In association with It was a sensational month. The UK’S first Siberian Accentor, co-found at Scousburgh, by our Shetland UKBS correspondent Hugh Harrop, was the first of perhaps six in Scotland! Thrushes included multiple White’s plus Siberian, Swainson’s. With the Siberian Accentor flood came an exceptional wave of Pine Buntings on Shetland, including three females together on Fair Isle. There was also a Black-faced Bunting found on Bressay, Shetland.
