CENTRAL: Some 140 Barnacle Geese passed Pathhead (8th). Dark-bellied Brent Geese were at Buckhaven (11th). There were 31 Purple Sandpipers at Seafield (25th). Med Gulls were at Dysart, East Wemyss, Pathhead and Ravenscraig. Glenrothes held 12 Waxwings (24th). A Yellow-browed Warbler was in Mapsie Den, Falkland (31st). Bearded Tits were on Mugdrum Island (2nd & 25th). Two Ravens visited Auchtermuchty and a Snow Bunting at Pathhead (30th). EAST: Fife Ness logged 70 Barnacle Geese (4th), Great Northern Divers, a Red-throated Diver, Manx Shearwaters, three Sooty Shearwaters (12th), Great Skuas, Pomarine Skua, Long-tailed Skua, 118 Little Gulls (7th), a Med Gull, Black Tern, Yellow-browed Warbler and Snow Buntings. Kilminning held Woodcocks, Redstarts, Wheatears, Short-eared Owl, 20 Chiffchaffs (15th), Lesser Whitethroats, Yellow-browed Warblers, Blackcaps, Redwings, Fieldfares, 60 Goldcrests (15th), Pied Flycatchers, Bramblings and Lapland Buntings. Fife Ness Muir logged Woodcocks, Redstarts, Stonechat, Lesser Whitethroats, Yellow-browed Warblers, 50 Goldcrests (8th), Pied Flycatchers, Ring Ouzels, Redwings and 15 Tree Sparrows (9th). Five Whooper Swans were at Coble Shore (20th) and 33 at Clatto Reservoir (31st). Two European Whitefronts were at Tentsmuir Point (22nd). Five pale-bellied Brent Geese were at the Eden Estuary (31st). Outhead held 37 Scaup (28th). Kinshaldy logged 2,000 Common Scoters, 100 Long-tailed Ducks, seven Red-throated Divers and 18 Slavonian Grebes (28th). A Surf Scoter and Whimbrel were at Ruddons Point. There were 22 Grey Partridges at Coble Shore (7th). Little Egrets were at Edenside and the Eden Estuary, with a Great White Egret (17th). White-tailed Eagles remained in the Eden Estuary. A Merlin was at Crail (12th). A Water Rail was at Boarhills (9th). Great Skuas, Arctic Skuas and 30 Little Gulls flew past Crail. A Yellow Wagtail was over St Andrews (2nd). A Ring Ouzel was at Buddo Ness (9th). Balcomie held Lesser Whitethroats, Chiffchaffs, Goldcrests and Yellow-browed Warblers. There were 65 Goldcrests and Yellow-browed Warblers in Kittock’s Den (8th). Four Twite were at Kilrenny Mill (29th). WEST: Loch Gelly held three Scaup (22nd). A Marsh Harrier visited Kinghorn Loch (2nd). Great Skuas passed Ferryhills (2nd) and Carlingnose Point (49 on 15th). A Little Gull was in Dalgety Bay (19th). Seven Waxwings were at Ferryhills (22nd) and 15 in Dunfermline (31st). A Ring Ouzel was at Carlingnose Point. Four Snow Buntings were at Aberdour (23rd) and Dalgety Bay (31st).
