HIGH­LIGHTS: The East­ern King­bird reap­peared in Bor­nish (2nd). An Arc­tic War­bler was on Barra (13th). A White-throated Spar­row was re­ported from Lochmaddy. OTHER SITES: An Amer­i­can Wi­geon was on Barra (30th). A Surf Scoter was at Ard­vule (4th-23rd). A Sooty Shear­wa­ter was off Ard­vule (30th), with eight off the Butt (31st). A Marsh Har­rier was at Gla­son (12th). A Dot­terel was at West Gerin­ish (8th). Amer­i­can Golden Plovers were on Barra (1st-10th), at Bor­nish (11th-25th), Bois­dale (23rd) and Ard­vule (24th). A Po­ma­rine Skua was off Bale­share (27th) with 32 past the Butt (31st). A Lit­tle Gull was off Taransay (11th) and a Med Gull at North Tol­sta (14th). A Hoopoe was at the Butt (6th). A Short-toed Lark was at Kyles of Scal­pay (7th). An Olive-backed Pipit was on Barra (6th). East­ern-type Yel­low Wag­tails were at Carin­ish (11th) and in Bali­vanich (23rd). Waxwings were first seen on Barra (18th) and peaked at 14 in Stornoway (26th). Three Ring Ouzels and two Red-breasted Fly­catch­ers were on Barra. Barred War­blers were at Port of Ness (1st) and Lick­isto (7th). A Siberian Chif­fchaff was at Eoli­garry (22nd). Large num­bers of Yel­low-browed War­blers peaked at 41 (9th). A Rose-coloured Star­ling was at Gisla Lodge (20th-23rd). Over 100 La­p­land Bunt­ings were on Eochar machair (1st). Lit­tle Bunt­ings were on Barra (10th & 14th) and North Loch Eynort (17th).
