HIGH­LIGHTS: Four Cattle Egrets and nine Lit­tle Egrets were at Swan­bor­ough Tump. Great White Egrets were at the Wa­ter Park and Rat­fyn STW. Chif­fchaffs in­cluded 30 at West­bury STW, to­gether with smaller num­bers at Col­erne STW, Rat­fyn STW and Wish­ford STW. A Siberian Chif­fchaff re­mained at West­bury STW. A Bit­tern was at Lang­ford Lakes for four days. Fif­teen Waxwings were at Trow­bridge and 10 at Whit­ley. There were 19 Goosanders at Cor­sham Lake. Forty Siskins were at War­dour. There were a few flocks of Red­polls and Cross­bills at Grov­e­ley, Great Ridge and Chase Woods but only one Bram­bling record. Large flocks of Corn Buntings were en­cour­ag­ing, with 80 at Hin­don, 60 at Rushall and 50 at Moun­tain Bower and Mid­dle Wood­ford. There was a Caspian Gull at Old Sarum. A Dip­per was at Swin­don. Mediter­ranean Gulls were at Lang­ford Lakes and Old Sarum. Rob Turner
