HIGHLIGHTS: The Pine Bunting remained at Little Murston (to 20th). A Crane flew over Harty Marshes, Sheppey (1st), and was at Capel Fleet (4th) and Shell Ness/swale (3rd, 5th & 18th). There were 36 over Sandwich Bay (27th). A Black Brant was with dark-bellied Brent Geese at Swalecliffe (9th-10th), with it, or another, at Whitstable (22nd). Shell Ness/swale had 170 Eurasian White-fronted Geese (18th). Great White Egrets were widespread, with two regularly at Dungeness RSPB, where there was a Ring-necked Duck throughout, a Slavonian Grebe and Smew (14th), a Long-eared Owl and five Eurasian Whitefronts (19th), and a Hen Harrier and Pink-footed Goose (22nd).
