HIGH­LIGHTS: Two Cat­tle Egrets flew over Thorn­combe Street (9th), with an­other at Rich­mond Park (13th). A Pied Flycatcher was on Streatham Com­mon (13th). There was a Stone-curlew and a prob­a­ble Ibe­rian Chif­fchaff at Mole­sey Heath (18th). Eight Waxwings were at Rich­mond Park (18th). Tur­tle Doves were at Bed­ding­ton and Capel (30th). A Tem­minck’s Stint was at Bed­ding­ton (30th). Ring Ouzels were at sev­eral sites, the first be­ing at Worces­ter Park (8th). Whim­brels moved through (from 17th).

LON­DON WET­LAND CEN­TRE: There was a Ring Ouzel (from 17th), Bearded Tit, Black Red­start, Caspian Gull, Curlew, Glau­cous Gull, Green­shank, Ice­land Gull, Ringed Plover, Ruff, Wa­ter Pipit, Wheatear, Whin­chat and Yel­low Wag­tail.

STAINES RESER­VOIRS: The Slavo­nian Grebe was seen again at Staines (10th), with a Red-necked Grebe there (16th). A Red-rumped Swal­low was at Is­land Barn Reser­voir (17th). Other birds seen in­cluded Arc­tic Tern, Black-necked Grebe, Black Red­start, Bar-tailed God­wit, Black-tailed God­wit, Great North­ern Diver, Lit­tle Gull, Lit­tle Tern, Ringed Plover, Sand­wich Tern and Whim­brel.

OTHER SITES: Tice’s Meadow, Farn­ham, at­tracted a Grey Plover (4th), Lit­tle Ringed Plover (5th), Golden Plover (10th) and two Lit­tle Terns (30th). Ospreys were at Chilworth, Guild­ford, Hedge­court Lake, Tice’s Meadow and Wey­bourne. A Black Red­start was at Banstead (23rd). Grasshop­per War­blers were at Tice’s Meadow, Ewell and Staines Moor. Two Black Terns were at Fren­sham Great Pond (30th).
