HIGH­LIGHTS: Suf­folk’s first Amer­i­can Her­ring Gull was at Great Liver­mere (15th-16th). Two Ice­land Gulls and a Glau­cous Gull were also in the area. A Ring-billed Gull was at Mins­mere (28th). A White-tailed Ea­gle was at Kir­ton (20th), Westle­ton Heath (21st) and Stut­ton Ness (26th). An Or­tolan was at Cor­ton (24th). Red-rumped Swal­lows were at Boy­ton Marshes

(15th) and Trim­ley Marshes (16th-17th). A Bluethroat was at Low­est­oft (1st). Wry­necks were at Hevening­ham (14th) and Carl­ton Marshes (22nd). A Savi’s War­bler was at Mins­mere (from 19th), with a Black Kite there (6th). A Black-winged Stilt was at Carl­ton Marshes (20th). Three vis­ited Holles­ley and Boy­ton Marshes, and Or­ford­ness (30th). A Dot­terel was on Haver­gate Is­land (21st). Glossy Ibises were at Lak­en­heath Fen and at Mickle Mere (from 27th). The Cat­tle Egret re­mained at Iken, and was joined by an­other (from 14th).
