Highlights

A ‘possible’ Black-browed Albatross which passed Pwilheli, Gwynedd, was possibly a precursor to events off the East Yorkshire coast in May. Otherwise, the rarest birds in April were an adult Bonaparte’s Gull at Llangorse Lake, Powys and a Lesser Yellowlegs at Laugharne, Carmarthen.
