38 @birmingham_live BIRMINGHAM MAIL FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2) (BALDWINS LANE, HALL GREEN SOUTH) (T20211841) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2020 Notice is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in either direction along BALDWINS LANE, HALL GREEN between its junction with Stratford Road and its junction with Southfield Drive The temporary Order is required to facilitate gas utility works in the carriageway being undertaken safely. These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. The Order will come into operation on 28th September 2020 and will remain in force for a period of FOUR WEEKS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
