Tool re­tailer ware­house

RE­TAILER Tool­sta­tion has taken new ware­house space on a Black Coun­try in­dus­trial park.

The firm has agreed a deal on a 3,045 sq ft unit at the Ionic Park in Dud­ley on a ten-year lease at a rent of £21,315.

The park’s owner Ash­field Land orig­i­nally de­vel­oped Ionic Park in 2005 and it con­sists of eight units to­talling 55,000 sq ft.

Di­rec­tor Nick Jones said: “This deal with Tool­sta­tion shows its con­tin­ued at­trac­tive­ness to oc­cu­piers.

“It has a strong mix of na­tional brands and we’re de­lighted to add Tool­sta­tion as the lat­est.”

Along­side Tool­sta­tion, ex­ist­ing oc­cu­piers at the 3.5-acre park in­clude CEF, Screw­fix, How­den Join­ery and Stor­age King.
