Pennycuick gears up to expanding demands

INDEPENDENT Birmingham property consultancy Pennycuick Collins has announced two changes to its commercial team.

Richard Bache, who joined the firm as a senior surveyor in 2017, has been promoted to associate partner in recognition of his success in further developing the commercial agency department.

Alexia Frixou has joined as a graduate surveyor to meet the growing demand from clients looking for commercial property space across the Midlands.

She joins the firm from Cushman and Wakefield and is working towards her examinations in May.

Mr Bache said: “We saw a dramatic increase in lettings in 2017 against a backdrop of limited supply of good quality commercial property space in the Midlands.

“As we embark on the new year, we are gearing up to be able to meet the demands of the market.

“Alexia’s appointment is a fantastic addition to our team and allows us to build on the foundations laid.”

Ms Frixou added: “I’m excited to be joining Pennycuick Collins and developing my career here at what is an important stage in the company’s ambitions to grow its presence in the commercial property sector.”
