Five new part­ners for law firm

LAW firm Gowl­ing WLG has an­nounced the ap­point­ment of five new part­ners fol­low­ing the lat­est round of pro­mo­tions.

Matt Walker, Joe Mor­ris, Zoe Fatchen, Ragi Singh and John Cold­ham will all join the part­ner­ship next month.

Mr Walker and Mr Mor­ris are both di­rec­tors in Gowl­ing WLG’s 300-strong real es­tate prac­tice, with Mr Walker spe­cial­is­ing in com­mer­cial devel­op­ment and in­vest­ment and Mr Mor­ris in re­tail and leisure.

Ms Fatchen is a se­nior UK tax lawyer with 15 years’ ex­pe­ri­ence in all as­pects of UK and cross-bor­der com­mer­cial taxation while cor­po­rate direc­tor Mr Singh com­bines a fo­cus on merg­ers and ac­qui­si­tions with wider roles in the firm’s India team and au­to­mo­tive sec­tor group. The firm’s global IP prac­tice will be strength­ened fur­ther with the ad­di­tion of Mr Cold­ham to the part­ner­ship team who works in de­sign law.
